Priority worksheet
The Feeding List
A worksheet for selecting the few parts of life you are actively strengthening right now.

What this tool does
The Feeding List is the practical companion to Choose Your Wolves. It converts values into weekly feeding decisions: sleep, money contact, friendship maintenance, creative work, cleaner mornings, or whatever else needs repeated nourishment.
Choose one feeding item for the next 24 hours. Feed sleep, food, money contact, or one safe relationship before anything decorative.
Bad-week version
Use it when
- You have too many possible self-improvement projects.
- You need a short seasonal list that can guide yes, no, and not-now.
- You want to stop treating every open loop as equally important.
How to use it
- Write three to five things you want to strengthen this season.
- Make each item behavioral enough to feed weekly.
- Write what each item will cost: time, money, attention, or a no.
- Move one bowl away from a pattern you no longer want to grow.
- Review the list at the Weekly War Room.
Worksheet version
Copy these prompts into a notebook, notes app, spreadsheet, or the nearest envelope that is already judging you.
Common traps
- Writing dreams instead of feeding decisions. “Write four pages” is stronger than “be creative.”
- Choosing forever. Forever makes people weird. Choose now.
- Adding without removing. Every yes starves something.
